Well everyone, it's time for the 13th challenge of the competition. After this week is finished only three of you will remain. Congratulations to all of you for beating out 14 of your competitors.
Today's challenge will require a bit of skill and a bit of strategy.
The challenge will operate somewhat like a surivor chain. In the sense that you will be posting names of survivors linking the last letter of the person's lastname and using the same letter for the next survivor's first letter of their first name.
An example would be..
Ben Henry
Yve Rojas
Sarah Jones
This challenge will work differently. Instead of building individual chains you will instead build a chain together, but it will not be a cooperative undertaking by any means.
As in scrabble you will earn a certain amount of points for the letters used in a name. The point values will differ per name but will correspond to the actual values assigned in Scrabble.
This link shows you the values:

So for example...
Greg Buis will earn you 12 points.
You may use nicknames or their actual names but only one will count. So you could either write Frosti Zernow or Michael Zernow.
You may also try and end the chain all together by using more difficult letters to undercut your competition.
So for example if you were to use John Kenney, but all the people who's names begin with Y are used, the chain is dead and cannot be continued.
You must also wait till at least one other person posts before you can go again. There is no time limit between posts, you just may not post back to back.
Just a couple of extras:
1. Misspellings will be have half the point total deducted.
2. No Pictures are needed, just the names will suffice.
3. This is to be done here and may be started by whoever gets here first.
You'll have until 5pm EST on Saturday to complete this challenge. Good luck survivors!
